1 Find It

Search your drawers, cupboards, attic & even the shed… for all those unwanted, unloved, unfashionable items. Have a bit of everything? PERFECT send it along in one go. The more you send the more it could be worth, GOLD, SILVER, VINTAGE COSTUME JEWELLERY & VINTAGE WATCHES, GOLD & SILVER COINS, MEDALS & MILITARIA we want them all.

2 Pack It

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FREE INSURED POST IT PACK AND YOU HAVE GATHERED ALL OF YOUR ITEMS TOGETHER YOU HAVE 2 CHOICES…

1) For higher value smaller items up to 2kg use the Royal Mail Special Delivery silver pre paid bag insured up to £2500 if for example you have a pile of gold or valuable watches. Wrap your items up and seal them in the bag along with the signed consent form.

When wrapping with bubble wrap, have in mind that a single layer serves just as a surface protective coating. It is advisable to use multiple layers in order to provide efficient protection.

TIP – Make sure you pack your items so they aren’t loose in the bag.


2) Larger, bulkier and heavier items up to 30kg find a strong box & wrap your items in a protective material (such as bubble wrap or newspaper) and place them into the box with packing material (such as loose fill) all the way around so as to stop your items from moving around in the box and carefully pack your items ALONG with the signed consent form and attach the pre-paid, pre-printed self adhesive parcel force label to the box insured up to £500.

TIP: pack your items with care, use old newspaper or bubble wrap, we do not want your treasure to arrive damaged.

3 Send It

If you have used the Royal Mail special delivery bag for your items, signed the consent form & included it in with your items it is now ready to go to the post office.
There is nothing to pay, no labels needed, it’s fully tracked & insured up to £2500.

Just make sure you keep the receipt to track your parcel.


If you have used the Parcel Force label on your box, signed the consent form & included it in with your items it is now ready to go to the post office.
There is nothing to pay, no labels needed, it’s fully tracked & insured up to £500.

4 Spend It

Within 48hrs of your parcel arriving with us our expert valuers will appraise your items carefully and you will receive a phone call or email with a cash offer.

If you received your offer via email you will be asked to reply to that email with the words
‘YES I ACCEPT THE OFFER’

If we call you with an offer we take your verbal acceptance as agreement to the offer we have given.

All calls are recorded for a record of your acceptance.

Or, if you don’t accept your offer you can ask for everything to be returned to you free of charge. It is as simple as that.

This service is designed to be 100% free at NO COST to you, the whole process will not cost you a penny even if you want your items back.

How Quick Can I Get My Cash?

As soon as you agree to the offer we can make a same day bank transfer which in most cases should arrive in your bank within 24hrs (this time may vary depending on your bank, weekends & bank holidays)
